MENS ENGLISH LOAFERS

The loafer owes it origin to the Native American Indian moccasin, a design in which the upper and sole are one piece. The buckles, tassels and laces around the ankle are now purely decorative. For the more English loafers this developed from a glorified slipper called an 'English House Shoe' and at the turn of the century became adapted for proper outdoor use.

Our PREMIUM range of shoes are all made from full grain aniline calf hides selected from the finest tanneries in Europe unless stated otherwise.
