We normally send shoes within 10 working days - 90% are despatched within 4 working days

If it takes longer, we will contact you with a revised delivery estimate to let you cancel or change your order without charge, if you wish.
We will not charge your credit card until we are ready to dispatch your order.SlippersThere is a longer lead time for slippers than shoes. Depending on the complexity of the work required this can range from 2-8 weeks, as they are hand built to order.
